MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

•  Valid Teaching Certificate or Practitioner’s License or
•  Previous playing experience in cheerleading preferred (on college or university) 
•  Previous coaching experience preferred
•  Expertise, knowledge, and competency in basic cheerleading fundamentals
•  Interest in and willingness to promote cheerleading
•  Expertise, knowledge, and competency in first aid for the prevention and treatment of cheerleading injuries
•  Knowledge of the rules and regulations as required by the Louisiana High School Athletic Association in cheerleading
• Willingness and interest to devote the necessary time required for after school practice, games and other related activities.
